Champagne Henri Giraud : Wine-making method from the beginning of the century

As its famous elder cuvées from the Belle Epoque, MV ROSÉ benefits from a pampered vinification in small cask made from the best oak trees selected in the Argonne forest. Sublime and noble alliance between the great years of Henri Giraud and our prestigious Aÿ Rouge Grand Cru, it reveals spicy aromas of the beginning of the century.
The Aÿ chalk is present in the palate and is mixed with notes of red fruits, mandarin and smoked meat that is typical of this vinification.
The saltiness and the beautiful bitters make it a very great Rosé Champagne.
